According to section 4 of the Act, if there is a need to change the prize of the lottery, within 7 days after the closing of the sale of the lottery, the amount of the sold and unsold lottery tickets and the amount of the prize to be received by the damasahi who sold the lottery ticket shall be opened before the opening of the lottery ticket. The person or organization who wants to open it should give its notice to the local Chief District Officer.
